1. Introduction

Welcome to The Consultation Club ("the Club", "we", "us"). By registering for or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing a membership.

2. About the Club

The Consultation Club is an online professional learning community for hair stylists, created by Brendan Blaine Palmer. We offer tiered membership access to educational content, resources, and community features designed to develop consultation skills and grow your professional practice.

3. Membership Tiers

We offer the following membership options:

• Starter (Free) — Access to free content and community resources at no cost.

• Book Access (£7.99 one-time) — A single one-time payment granting permanent access to The Consultation Connection e-book within your member dashboard, plus all Starter content.

• Pro (£9.99/month) — A recurring monthly subscription granting full access to all content, masterclasses, live sessions, and resources, plus all Book and Starter content.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis (for Pro) or as a one-time charge (for Book Access).

Prices are displayed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees — we are not responsible for these charges.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro membership at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. • You will not be charged again after cancellation. • Your account will revert to the Starter tier (or Book tier if you have previously purchased Book Access) at the end of the billing period.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. To cancel, visit your member dashboard and select "Manage Billing".

We offer a 30-day satisfaction period for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us at support@theconsultationclub.com for a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

One-time Book Access purchases (£7.99) are non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed in your dashboard.

For Pro subscriptions, refunds outside the 30-day satisfaction period are issued at our discretion. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

To request a refund, contact us at support@theconsultationclub.com with your account email and reason for the request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Consultation Club platform — including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, e-books, workbooks, and course content — is the intellectual property of Brendan Blaine Palmer and The Consultation Club.

You may access content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share access to any content with third parties.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a paid account.

9. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content and features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to the platform or these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Consultation Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
